Last Home Football Game!!!

Come out and cheer on our Huskies at their last home football game of the season! On Saturday, the 7th grade football team hosted Lapel and won by a score of 6-0. Wesley Trost led the offense with a strong rushing performance. Trost had the lone touchdown run in the game. Ben Lawhorn and Michael Lynch had key receptions in the game to keep the offense moving. The defense was led by big plays from Kolton Thompson, Cooper Kilfoil, and Sawyer Linzner. With the win, the 7th grade improved their record to 5-3 on the season. They will travel to Kokomo on Wednesday for their final game of the season. On Saturday, the 8th grade football team hosted Lapel and lost by a score of 38-0. The Huskies had a rough day against a really good opponent. Ian Matthew and Drew Champion had a couple of nice catches from Cooper Hensley. Jack Butor and Andyn Emery ran hard throughout the game against a really good defense. With the loss, the 8th grade fell to 5-3 on the season. The Huskies will wrap up their season on Wednesday when they travel to Kokomo.
