Hamilton Heights Middle School Athletics

On Tuesday, the 7th grade football team traveled to Notthwestern and won by a score of 44-8. Jack Higgins ran for two touchdowns in the game, and he also had a fumble recovery for a touchdown. Colton Fite had a strong receiving game with a touchdown catch and 2 point conversion catch from Khaleb Bandawal. Lucas Schmitt had a touchdown catch as well. Kolton Thompson finished off the scoring with a touchdown run. The defense was led by strong performances from Wesley Trost, Luke Nichols, and Max Wilmer. The Huskies will be back in action next Wednesday when they host Western. On Tuesday, the 8th grade football team traveled to Northwestern and won by a score of 30-0. Jack Butor led a strong rushing performance with 3 touchdown runs. Drew Chapion added a touchdown run as well while filling in at quarterback. Otto Moyer had several key catches, which kept drives going. The defense was led by Ian Matthew, Tyson Pharis, and Carter Kiger. The Huskies will be back in action next Wednesday when they host Western.
