Hamilton Heights Middle School Athletics

The Hamilton Heights 7th grade volleyball team kept their momentum rolling at home, dominating Kokomo in a convincing straight-set sweep, 2-0 (25-12, 25-15)! Natalia Monroy put on a clinic behind the service line, spearheading the Huskies' attack with an impressive 11 aces. Kinsley Bowyer kept the pressure on Kokomo with 5 aces of her own, while Faith Hammack (3 kills) and Maci Pickett (2 kills) powered the net play to seal the decisive win. The Huskies are back on their home court tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26, to take on Clay Middle School at 5:30 PM. Come out and cheer them on! The 8th grade played an outstanding game against Kokomo last night. They won in two sets, 25-14 and 25-11. It was a great team effort. Gabi Blanton led the team with 8 aces, Hattie Moyer had 4 kills, and Ainsley Galvin also came in the game and served well. The girls will take on Clay tomorrow evening at home. Go Huskies!
