The 7th grade girls came out strong last night against Creekside, opening the first quarter with eight unanswered points and setting the tone early. The team played hard through the first three quarters, showing focus, determination, and a clear desire to win. Heading into the fourth quarter tied at 17, the game was competitive from start to finish. Though we eased off slightly in the final minutes and Creekside found their rhythm from the field, our girls demonstrated growth, grit, and great effort throughout the night. We are proud of their continued improvement and fight in every game! In the 8th grade game the girls came ready to battle as well and took a 9-2 lead to end the first quarter. Creekside found some rhythm in the 2nd quarter and we ere down 2 at the half. The 3rd quarter was a struggle for us and Creekside hit 3 3's to pull ahead by 12 going into the 4th quarter. The ladies continued to battle and win the 4th quarter but it wasn't enough to get the win. The ladies came tonight with hustle, determination and hard work. They are back in action at home on Saturday against Northwestern.
