In a hard-fought county matchup, the Huskies battled Sheridan and came away with a 45-37 victory. The first quarter was a back-and-forth affair, with the Huskies trailing by just one point at the break. Momentum shifted in the second and third quarters as the Huskies seized control of the game, finding their rhythm offensively. In the final stage, they took care of the ball and closed out the win with poise. Eight different players contributed to the scoring effort, showcasing the team’s depth. Leading the charge was Colton Fite, who paced all scorers with 17 points. The boys will be back in action at HOME on Monday against Northwestern.
